Joseph C. Notartomas joined the firm in 2021. Prior to joining Barfield, McCain P.A. Joseph worked as a Legal Document Drafting Assistant for a law firm in Southwest Florida, which specialized in estate planning, probate, & trust administration.

 

Joseph received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida. Joseph then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from University at Buffalo School of Law.

 

While a student at UB Law, Joseph interned for two summers at the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in Lee County, Florida. Further, Joseph followed his passion for both sports and the law by successfully earning a certificate of completion of UB's Sports Law Concentration, participating in and organizing many events for the UB Center for the Advancement of Sport, and contributed as an author to the UB Law Sports & Entertainment Forum. Joseph also spent time as a Student Attorney with the University at Buffalo School of Law's Animal Law Clinic, wherein he primarily worked with both local and national animal rights organizations as an advocate for animals in sport.
